Liquor License Application Processing
Northern Arizona Expert Liquor Consultants will assist you in processing your Liquor License Application which may include initial application, person to person transfers and location to location transfers. This service also includes the one mile radius site-map, floor plan(s), extension of premises requests, special events applications, restaurant operation plan, yearly renewal of liquor license and acts of violence reports.
Expert Witness/Dramshop
Dram Shop Liability refers to the body of law governing the liability of taverns, liquor stores and other commercial establishments that serve alcoholic beverages and liquor. Generally, Dram Shop laws establish the liability of establishments arising from the sale of alcohol to underage (under 21) and/or visibly intoxicated persons who subsequently cause death or injury to third-parties, i.e., those not having a relationship to the bar, as a result of alcohol-related car crashes and other accidents.
As an expert in Liquor Liability and Dram Shop cases, NAELC will provide professional opinions regarding liquor liability and Dram Shop cases as well as comprehensive reports regarding Alcoholic beverages, proximate cause between the alcohol sale and intoxication and Social Host Liability.
Northern Arizona Expert Liquor Consultants will prepare reports and testimony for Judges, Attorneys, Law Firms, Insurance Companies and Governmental Agencies in Federal and State court trials and arbitration.
Spot Check
Northern Arizona Expert Liquor Consultants will conduct spot checks of your premises in order to ensure employee compliance of liquor laws concluding with a written report provided to client and/or manager. Spot checks may include covert undercover alcohol purchases as well as employee honesty and general liquor compliance counseling.
Customized Security Plans
Northern Arizona Expert Liquor Consultants will assist and/or produce a comprehensive security plan.
Any "On-Sale" licensee who proposes to provide large capacity entertainment or sporting events with an attendance capacity of 1,ooo or more may be required by the Director of the Department of Liquor to provide a security plan which may include trained security personnel, lighting and other requirements.
This plan is designed when the primary use is NOT to sell spiritous liquors, including beer or wine, such as live sporting events or live concerts where the audience is engaged in viewing such entertainment and where underage persons are in attendance on the premises. The plan must be approved by the Dept. of Liquor to ensure that these underage persons do not purchase, possess or consume spiritous liquor, including beer and wine, on the premises.
Liquor Law Training
Danny is a retired Liquor Control Senior Investigator and has instructed liquor law training to law enforcement agencies for nearly twenty years. He has now brought his expertise in Liquor Law training to the Liquor Industry as a certified instructor for the Business Council for Alcohol Education and one additional certified liquor law training company in Arizona.
As an added bonus, Danny also provides students with a short introduction in identifying false and/or fraudulent I.D.s as a part of this training.
